Educating Children

Thanks to the generous individuals living in the UK, 200 orphans are being supported by SURF to access education. Attending school guarantees a meal, social interaction and a nuturing environment for these children. During the holidays, many of these children will have no access to food, support or companionship. SURF funds solidarity camps which provide a sanctuary for these children who would otherwise spend their holidays in isolation and difficulties.

Easy to Get Involved in a Great Cause

With so many widows and children, especially orphan heads of households, in dire need your assistance, there has never been a better time to get involved with SURF through the sponsorship of a widow or child.

There are four easy steps to getting involved:

  1. Download the Bankers Order (PDF: 61KB).
  2. Complete the form, filling in the boxes, making sure to accurately complete the direct debit section.
  3. Sign the tax recovery section, which allows Survivors Fund to reclaim the income tax you have already paid on your donations.
  4. Return the completed form to the Survivors Fund.
